Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Östen Haegg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linderöd BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Östen Haegg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfons Hedin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Claes Bengtsson came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Linderöd BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claes Bengtsson couldn't finish the play. Östen Haegg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Alfons Hedin made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Sigvard Runberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stånga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claes Bengtsson to make the kick off. Claes Bengtsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claes Bengtsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfons Hedin having to interfere. In the 91st match minute, Stånga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigvard Runberg to maneuver through the defense. Sigvard Runberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 97th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Harald Ek could save by the left post. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Linderöd BK fully deserved thier win.
