Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kasper Kleen took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Malung got a freekick which was hit by Sören Hultstrand. 3 minutes into the game, Vissefjärda IFK's Olov Siggesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Valentin Skytt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Vissefjärda IFK booed when Malung was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sören Hultstrand didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Malung's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Skytt came free, but Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vissefjärda IFK's Filip Finman got a free kick in the 17th minute. Kasper Kleen struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. George Örn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malung. If Kasper Kleen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olov Siggesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andreas Malm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Örn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Andreas Malm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malung's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Malm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Andreas Malm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malung's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Malm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Örn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Skytt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes in the game, Valentin Skytt fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Kasper Kleen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malung's supporters rose to their feet, but Kasper Kleen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Örn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd match minute, Vissefjärda IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Siggesson to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, Malung's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Skytt came free, but Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olov Siggesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg having to interfere. Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Skytt's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute of the match Rolf Zachrisson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Siggesson in the 82nd minute of play forced Malung's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt-Arne Ståhlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Nyström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Andreas Malm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malung's supporters rose to their feet, but Andreas Malm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Örn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 played minutes Vissefjärda IFK got a freekick which was hit by Anthon Nyström. Malung's Kasper Kleen managed to work through Vissefjärda IFK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Kasper Kleen dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vissefjärda IFK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Malung had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
