Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jens-Åke Zander took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gräddö's zone, Jens-Åke Zander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ingmar Vikström came out of the goal and Jens-Åke Zander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Oskar Kämpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Karl-Åke Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Harry Ek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Karl-Åke Söder. The goal made the score 1-0. Harry Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Karl-Åke Söder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Joar Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Höllviken's supporters rose to their feet, but Joar Axelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ingmar Vikström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Karl-Åke Söder managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Gräddö's Harry Ek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sven-Oskar Kämpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Söder having to interfere. Sven-Oskar Kämpe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Åke Söder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Höllviken's Karl-Åke Söder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Höllviken from getting a goal against them. Ingmar Vikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joar Axelsson in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Hultman in the 36th minute of play forced Gräddö's goalkeeper Ingmar Vikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Harry Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gräddö booed when Höllviken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peder Hultman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Höllviken's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Konrad Hedbom was slow to take the kick. During this time Gräddö's players had a chance to rest. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harry Ek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Manfred Källberg came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Höllviken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfred Källberg couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Höllviken's zone, Harry Ek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Åke Söder came out of the goal and Harry Ek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Joar Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Ek in the 66th minute of play forced Höllviken's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Söder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Höllviken's Karl-Åke Söder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Kämpe in the 72nd minute of play. In the 80th minute, John Lange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Åke Söder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Oskar Kämpe in the 83rd minute of the match. The corner led to Gräddö's Hubert Sjö getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gräddö had won after a very even match.
