Tage Häll dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sivert Kellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tage Häll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tage Häll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilhelm Pettersson in the 11th minute of the match. Vilhelm Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Häll having to interfere. A hard shot 17 in the game by Roger Uggla from a close distance when the talented Erik Biörling managed to make a qualified save. Hägersten's players were relieved. In the 22nd minute, Torsten Alegren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hägersten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Sivert Kellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hägersten's supporters rose to their feet, but Sivert Kellberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tage Häll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilhelm Pettersson took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tage Häll. Tage Häll dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Ramvik IFK's zone, Vilhelm Pettersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tage Häll came out of the goal and Vilhelm Pettersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sivert Kellberg in the 47th minute of play forced Ramvik IFK's goalkeeper Tage Häll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilhelm Pettersson to make the kick off. When Ramvik IFK's John Kjellqvist in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hägersten's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vilhelm Pettersson in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tage Häll saved Ramvik IFK from getting behind. Sivert Kellberg struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Tage Häll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hägersten. 63 minutes into the match, Ramvik IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Vilhelm Pettersson came free, but Tage Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hägersten's Vilhelm Pettersson got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sivert Kellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vilhelm Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Häll having to interfere. Erik Biörling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Uggla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Erik Stenman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erik Biörling. Hägersten's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Vilhelm Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Roger Uggla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Biörling was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Roger Uggla put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Erik Biörling.
