The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Niklas Petersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mårten Josefsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Göran Alrot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bor getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Arne Botvidsson hit a great ball. Per-Olof Springfält made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfons Drewitz in the 13th minute. Sven-Edvin Hård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Niklas Petersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfons Drewitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mårten Josefsson struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Niklas Petersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bor. Sven-Edvin Hård sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sverker Malmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Fjugesta FF defense, Sven-Edvin Hård kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niklas Petersson. The Fjugesta FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niklas Petersson should have stopped the shot. Niklas Petersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Hård in the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Bor booed when Fjugesta FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Ekegren didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Edvin Hård to strike the kick off in the second half. Sven-Edvin Hård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Niklas Petersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfons Drewitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Per-Olof Springfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Mårten Josefsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mårten Josefsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bor's Per-Olof Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Drewitz in the 82nd minute of play. If Alfons Drewitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, Fjugesta FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Forssell to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Edvin Hård recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
