Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marcus Juhlin kicked off to start the match. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Gustaf Mager successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alstermo IFK's Gunnar Klemensson got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaf Mager didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Gustaf Mager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Juhlin in the 14th minute of play. Gustaf Mager made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gunnar Klemensson sent off a good shot on target. 19 minutes into the match, Rönnäng's goalkeeper Gustaf Mager had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Klemensson. In the 22nd match minute, Alstermo IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Sjödin to maneuver through the defense. Rönnäng's Jon Stenman got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustaf Mager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Juhlin in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Alstermo IFK getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ture Kilman hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Jon Stenman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rönnäng fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Juhlin in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Mager saved Rönnäng from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Alstermo IFK's zone, Patrik Hjälm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Edvin Lange came out of the goal and Patrik Hjälm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Jon Stenman scored 1-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Edvin Lange, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jon Stenman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Edvin Lange having to interfere. Rönnäng's Gustaf Mager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Juhlin in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon Stenman got free with Sven-Edvin Lange in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marc Odén, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Marcus Juhlin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustaf Mager. Rönnäng's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcus Juhlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alstermo IFK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! After having played for 85 minutes, Patrik Hjälm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rönnäng's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Hjälm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Marcus Juhlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Edvin Lange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Hjälm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Hjälm scored 2-4 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Edvin Lange, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jon Stenman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 100th minute of the game. One of Alstermo IFK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rönnäng:s goal. When the match had been going on for 101 minutes, Rönnäng's Marc Odén got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sven-Edvin Lange. The Alstermo IFK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rönnäng's performance. The match ended with a win for Rönnäng.
