The referee ignored Madagascar Gegenpressing's protests and gave Greger Fristedt a yellow card for diving instead. Greger Fristedt hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Rönnäng's Gunnar Eliasson threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patrik Hjälm, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jon Stenman let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 23rd minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Madagascar Gegenpressing's Gunnar Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Hjälm in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Roy Bern's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustaf Mager was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Patrik Hjälm might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gunnar Eliasson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrik Hjälm ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustaf Mager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greger Fristedt in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Patrik Hjälm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Eliasson having to interfere. Madagascar Gegenpressing's Gunnar Eliasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Hjälm in the 60th minute of play. After 61 minutes, Kasper Trulsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Madagascar Gegenpressing and the Rönnäng players grew even worse after the yellow card. Madagascar Gegenpressing's Fredric Fribäck was substituted for Greger Fristedt. Madagascar Gegenpressing's Sverker Lindman was substituted for Agne Trillkott. In the 63rd minute, Kasper Trulsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gunnar Eliasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Hjälm, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The Rönnäng fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Rönnäng's Patrik Hjälm looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Patrick Ahlstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Madagascar Gegenpressing's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Stenman came free, but Gunnar Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Roy Bern left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Madagascar Gegenpressing fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 87th match minute, Rönnäng was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Moberg to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Roy Bern managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madagascar Gegenpressing's supporters rose to their feet, but Roy Bern was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustaf Mager breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rönnäng had played much better football throughout.
