Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arvid Klintæus started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Linghed BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Algren to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Arvid Klintæus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bengt-Arne Strandberg was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Fredrik Söderström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Bengt-Arne Strandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arvid Klintæus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Arne Strandberg having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match Fredrik Söderström climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Bengt-Arne Strandberg. Dala-Järna's Conny Ekelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Cane in the 14th minute of play. In the 22ndth minute of the game Arvid Klintæus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Linghed BK's Bengt-Arne Strandberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Linghed BK's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Strandberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fredrik Söderström. Conny Ekelund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig Cane in the 25th minute of play. Stig Cane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Conny Ekelund having to make a save. Conny Ekelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Cane, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Bengt-Arne Strandberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredrik Söderström in the 38th minute. With a little luck, Linghed BK's Bengt-Arne Strandberg got control of the ball when Fredrik Söderström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dala-Järna's Conny Ekelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Fors in the 40th minute of play. Stig Cane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Erik Fors managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linghed BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Fors was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conny Ekelund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th minute, Erik Fors got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Fors to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Dala-Järna's Fredrik Söderström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bengt-Arne Strandberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Fredrik Söderström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Bengt-Arne Strandberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arvid Klintæus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt-Arne Strandberg having to interfere. After 65 minutes of play, Linghed BK's Erik Fors made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conny Ekelund was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 69 played minutes Dala-Järna got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Falkrantz. After recieving a nice pass, Linghed BK's Walter Jespersson tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Linghed BK's Lucas Öberg got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Bengt-Arne Strandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Söderström, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Joacim Björk fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linghed BK's protests and gave Joacim Björk a yellow card for diving instead. Joacim Björk hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Arvid Klintæus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fredrik Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Linghed BK's Bengt-Arne Strandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arvid Klintæus in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Dala-Järna getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Vilhelm Ekblom hit a great ball. Fredrik Söderström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bengt-Arne Strandberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Klintæus in the 86th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Linghed BK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dala-Järna.
