Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Greger Bern got the match started through his kick off. After 8 minutes, Douglas Bergqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Munkedal IK and the Laxå FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Munkedal IK's Douglas Bergqvist got a free kick in the 9th minute. Kristian Arvidsson kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Tony Knutsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl-Michael Burman came out and tried to block the shot, but Tony Knutsson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greger Bern in the 20th minute of play forced Munkedal IK's goalkeeper Herbert Kihlberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Douglas Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Michael Burman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Knutsson in the 29th minute of play. Arvin Siöman hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Johannes Jonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Michael Burman having to interfere. Michael Gallin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Karl-Michael Burman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Knutsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Douglas Bergqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Johannes Jonsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Karl-Michael Burman made a huge save. In the 46th minute Arvin Siöman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Kihlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Douglas Bergqvist was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. The supporters of Laxå FK booed when Munkedal IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Douglas Bergqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Kihlberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Greger Bern showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 59 minute of play. When Greger Bern came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Laxå FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greger Bern couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Johannes Jonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Munkedal IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Jonsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Michael Burman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Arvin Siöman came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Laxå FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arvin Siöman couldn't finish the play. After having played for 77 minutes, Johannes Jonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Munkedal IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Jonsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Herbert Kihlberg came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Laxå FK's Arvin Siöman. But to his dismay, Arvin Siöman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Sture Vallander charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sture Vallander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
