Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Malmköping BF's Harald Vennerkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Rosin in the 4th minute of play. 4 minutes into the game, Tor Sikström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malmköping BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Norrsundet the free kick. After a rather tough play, Malmköping BF's Tor Sikström got a free kick in the 5th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Ove Bengtsson during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gottfrid Brandin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Erik Klintæus in the 8th minute of play. Rudolf Askstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gottfrid Brandin having to interfere. Gottfrid Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Klintæus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Erik Klintæus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gottfrid Brandin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute Jan-Erik Klintæus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gottfrid Brandin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Helge Kilstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Norrsundet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malmköping BF the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Norrsundet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helge Kilstedt to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Erik Klintæus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Erik Klintæus in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gottfrid Brandin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Helge Kilstedt was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. In the 39th minute of the match Erling Bäcklin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gottfrid Brandin skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Lingren got free with Harald Vennerkvist in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gottfrid Brandin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Erik Klintæus's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Bertil Myr's late challenge caught a Malmköping BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bertil Myr helped the player get up and apologised. Bertil Myr hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The Norrsundet players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Malmköping BF were winning 0-1.

Gottfrid Brandin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Klintæus in the 61st minute of the match. After 65 minutes of play, Norrsundet's Kurt Lingren made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harald Vennerkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oscar Svensson during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Norrsundet's Oscar Svensson got a free kick in the 69th minute. Jan-Erik Klintæus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gottfrid Brandin having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, Norrsundet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Östlund to maneuver through the defense. Erling Bäcklin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gottfrid Brandin. Norrsundet's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rudolf Askstedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gottfrid Brandin having to make a save. A collision led to Norrsundet getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Orvar Kvick hit a great ball. Jan-Erik Klintæus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gottfrid Brandin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norrsundet's Kurt Lingren got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Rudolf Askstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Gottfrid Brandin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Malmköping BF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Malmköping BF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
