Casper Sundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henrik Mellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrik Mellberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Säve's Casper Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Lundström in the 53rd minute of play. Joar Isaksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Modig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Romakloster IK's Thomas Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Mellberg in the 59th minute of play. Casper Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Lundström in the 75th minute of the match. After 77 minutes of play, Romakloster IK's Sverker Ugla made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Sundberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nils Lundström scored 2-2 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casper Sundberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Säve's Casper Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sverker Ugla in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Säve getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Sven-Oskar Östensson hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
