Simon Petersson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Andy Svensson. 33 minutes into the game, Jan-Olof Hultin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Klavreström's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orsa Sturfajters the free kick. A hard shot by Andy Svensson from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Simon Petersson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Simon Petersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dag Överman in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dag Överman was the one to do the kick off. Peter Wiklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Browald, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Peter Wiklund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Ove Browald went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 66 minutes into the game, Orsa Sturfajters's Ronny Berglund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Petersson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Klavreström's Simon Petersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Överman in the 75th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Orsa Sturfajters's goalkeeper Peter Wiklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudolf Axelsson. Rudolf Axelsson took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Wiklund. Peter Wiklund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dag Överman in the 86th minute of play forced Klavreström's goalkeeper Simon Petersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rudolf Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute, Rudolf Axelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torbjörn Kollberg struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Simon Petersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orsa Sturfajters.
