Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patrick Telin started the match with the kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Lars Widberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älmhult BF's Karl-Magnus Wall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Oskar Unesson got free with Kent Deckberg in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl-Magnus Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Widberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Linghed getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Philip Bergström hit a great ball. Sven-Oskar Unesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Deckberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Telin in the 14th minute of play forced Linghed's goalkeeper Kent Deckberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Linghed got a freekick which was hit by Edward Ekeroth. In the 17th minute, Sven-Oskar Unesson made a precise shot to the right of Kent Deckberg. Linghed's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 21 minutes, Stefan Hammarström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Älmhult BF and the Linghed players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Älmhult BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Hammarström to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Oskar Unesson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Kent Deckberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Patrick Telin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Älmhult BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Telin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl-Magnus Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Widberg in the 34th minute of the match. Karl-Magnus Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Bergström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Widberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Magnus Wall having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rikard Utter was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Patrick Telin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älmhult BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Telin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent Deckberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 2-0 became the score in the 56th minute when Patrick Telin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Linghed's Kent Deckberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Oskar Unesson in the 59th minute of play. Älmhult BF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Rikard Utter scored to the left of an out of position Karl-Magnus Wall, making the score, 2-1. Patrick Telin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 68 in the game by Lars Widberg from a close distance when the talented Karl-Magnus Wall managed to make a qualified save. Älmhult BF's players were relieved. The supporters of Älmhult BF booed when Linghed was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Bergström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Widberg got free with Karl-Magnus Wall in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patrick Telin struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Kent Deckberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Älmhult BF. Kent Deckberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Oskar Unesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the game, Sven-Oskar Unesson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Kent Deckberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Älmhult BF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Linghed had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
