In the 24th match minute, Storå RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ove Salkvist to maneuver through the defense. Patrik Kollberg was a little too slow when Joel Hermansson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. Storå RK's Ove Törnkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Berglund in the 72nd minute of play. If Bengt-Åke Örtendal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If John Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When John Berglund, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 94 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ove Törnkvist was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Bengt-Åke Örtendal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
