Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when André Lilja got the match started through his kick off. André Lilja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Valter Wållander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig Billberg's late challenge caught a Siesta Key FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stig Billberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Siesta Key FC booed when Finspång IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Billberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erling Böcklund lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Erling Böcklund kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Henning Josefsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Brander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Linus Sandwall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Finspång IFK's Christopher Dahlqvist got a free kick in the 26th minute. Siesta Key FC's Henning Josefsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Bergqvist in the 28th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Siesta Key FC's zone, Christopher Dahlqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Josefsson came out of the goal and Christopher Dahlqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Siesta Key FC defense, Christopher Dahlqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henning Josefsson. The Siesta Key FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henning Josefsson should have stopped the shot. Linus Sandwall had several of the Finspång IFK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Valter Wållander as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 44th minute, Bengt-Arne Tingberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christopher Dahlqvist made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Per Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siesta Key FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Per Sandberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valter Wållander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Per Sandberg hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Linus Sandwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Valter Wållander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Siesta Key FC fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Siesta Key FC's Bengt-Arne Tingberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Linus Sandwall in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valter Wållander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per Sandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bengt-Arne Tingberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valter Wållander having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Siesta Key FC's Per Sandberg got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Christopher Dahlqvist came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Finspång IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christopher Dahlqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd match minute, Finspång IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Stålman to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Siesta Key FC's Linus Sandwall sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valter Wållander narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valter Wållander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Arne Tingberg's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Siesta Key FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
