In the 5thth minute of the game Dan Brander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oxelösund's Villiam Siggman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oxelösund's Karl-Erik Boman got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Villiam Siggman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Brander in the 16th minute of the match. Villiam Siggman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Christoffersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oxelösund's goalkeeper Villiam Siggman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kasper Alefors made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Karl-Erik Boman sent off a good shot on target. Isaac Christoffersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Siggman having to interfere. If Dan Brander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Georg Tingberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrik Lindman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 minutes, Kenneth Stål mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oxelösund and the Tugges Favoriter players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dan Brander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Villiam Siggman made a huge save. Dan Brander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Villiam Siggman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Georg Tingberg struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Kasper Alefors didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oxelösund. 82 minutes into the match, Tugges Favoriter's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Tingberg came free, but Kasper Alefors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Christoffersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Villiam Siggman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Oxelösund's Tord Petersson got a free kick in the 86th minute. Tugges Favoriter's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
