Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Älghult's Jan-Olof Björklund got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Svante Alefors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Tingberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Älghult's Ragnar Ödmann got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute, Kenneth Stål hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Georg Tingberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svante Alefors having to interfere. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Oxelösund's goalkeeper Villiam Siggman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Erik Boman in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Svante Alefors saved Älghult from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Oxelösund's Michel Nykvist got a free kick in the 38th minute. When Conny Vidman came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Älghult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conny Vidman couldn't finish the play. Villiam Siggman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Ödmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Conny Vidman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Georg Tingberg to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Oxelösund's goal looked a bit too open when Ragnar Ödmann came free, but Villiam Siggman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conny Vidman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Villiam Siggman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Ödmann in the 60th minute of play. Svante Alefors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georg Tingberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Karl-Erik Boman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Svante Alefors was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Karl-Erik Boman came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Oxelösund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Erik Boman couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Älghult's goalkeeper Svante Alefors, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Georg Tingberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Svante Alefors. The goal made the score 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Oxelösund's zone, Ragnar Ödmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Villiam Siggman came out of the goal and Ragnar Ödmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Henning Gulliksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Älghult getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. William Giöck hit a great ball. Karl-Erik Boman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Georg Tingberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oxelösund's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Tingberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Svante Alefors breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jan-Olof Björklund charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Olof Björklund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 88 played minutes Älghult got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Olof Björklund. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Oxelösund eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
