Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ragnar Granqvist started the match with the kick off. Ragnar Granqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Alex Holmberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Hård in the 11th minute of play forced Dalstorp IF's goalkeeper Viktor Kilstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Johnny Jönsätt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 played minutes, Dalstorp IF's Agne Skarkman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alex Holmberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dalstorp IF reached it. If Ragnar Granqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnny Jönsätt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Hård stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alex Holmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Granqvist in the 53rd minute of the match. Viktor Kilstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Lindman in the 55th minute of play. Riddarhyttan were furious when Bernt Löfdahl was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Riddarhyttan:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dalstorp IF:s goal. The goalkeeper, Alex Holmberg, was totally fooled by Dalstorp IF's Agne Skarkman, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 69th minute, Gert Lindman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Esbjörn Rolfsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalstorp IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riddarhyttan the free kick. After recieving a nice pass, Riddarhyttan's Rutger Bryngelsson tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Johnny Jönsätt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Holmberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ragnar Granqvist's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Johnny Jönsätt struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Alex Holmberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalstorp IF. Johnny Jönsätt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Dalstorp IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dalstorp IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
