Leonardo Malmgren came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Dalstorp IF's Esbjörn Rolfsson. But to his dismay, Esbjörn Rolfsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 7th match minute, Dalstorp IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Gernberg to maneuver through the defense. If Andy Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Dalstorp IF's Olof Glad got a free kick in the 9th minute. Johnny Jönsätt might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Malmgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johnny Jönsätt ran back to his position shaking his head. Sävar's Leonardo Malmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Sävar from getting a goal against them. Dalstorp IF's Viktor Kilstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andy Jansson in the 22nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Ragnar Granqvist took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Leonardo Malmgren to make any attempt to save it. Sävar's Leonardo Malmgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Sävar from getting a goal against them. Viktor Kilstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erland Arvidsson in the 37th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Dalstorp IF's corner Agne Skarkman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leonardo Malmgren quite easily take care of the ball. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dalstorp IF's goalkeeper Viktor Kilstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonardo Malmgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Granqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Andy Jansson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 96 minutes, Johnny Jönsätt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dalstorp IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnny Jönsätt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sävar players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dalstorp IF.
