In the 10th match minute, Horda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Svensson to maneuver through the defense. If Svante Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes, Hulesjöns BK's Felix Simonsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper John Ståhlman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hulesjöns BK reached it. The supporters of Hulesjöns BK booed when Horda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Svensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Horda's Patrik Friberger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Börge Mattsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Kjell Svensson fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Horda's protests and gave Kjell Svensson a yellow card for diving instead. Kjell Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. John Ståhlman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svante Bengtsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Rudberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Ståhlman having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Tom Nyström made the kick off in the second half. Börge Mattsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tom Nyström went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Patrik Friberger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börge Mattsson having to interfere. Horda's Kjell Svensson suffered a sore thigh after 59 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 59 minutes, Tim Abelsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hulesjöns BK and the Horda players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Horda booed when Hulesjöns BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Abelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute of the match Egon Engström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but John Ståhlman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Horda's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Bengtsson came free, but John Ståhlman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Horda's Tom Nyström got a free kick in the 69th minute. Viktor Rudberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. John Ståhlman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horda's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
