Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kjell-Arne Löv got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Kjell-Arne Löv reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Magne Sjö. The goal made the score 1-0. The supporters of Lycke IF booed when Näsum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Ingvall didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jan Tönnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jan Tönnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Magne Sjö tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Göransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörn Pihl having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Jakob Enegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute William Västerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Pihl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Näsum's zone, Nils-Emil Dalberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jörn Pihl came out of the goal and Nils-Emil Dalberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Näsum's Jörn Pihl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Göransson in the 36th minute of play. Algot Vestlund kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Näsum defense, Nils-Emil Dalberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jörn Pihl. The Näsum fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jörn Pihl should have stopped the shot. In the 48th minute, Jan Tönnberg made a precise shot to the right of Magne Sjö. Lycke IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anton Göransson was the one to do the kick off. Nils-Emil Dalbergs short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Jörn Pihl to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kjell-Arne Löv recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jan Tönnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Nils-Emil Dalberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kjell-Arne Löv's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Magne Sjö read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Nils-Emil Dalberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Jörn Pihl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lycke IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Näsum.
