Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leif Tönnberg got the match started through his kick off. Kurt Löfgren made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Mark Löfdahl sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute Arne Jakobsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Utter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Utter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Jakobsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Arne Jakobsson came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Asmundtorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Jakobsson couldn't finish the play. 0-1 became the score in the 12th minute when Arne Jakobsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Asmundtorp getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Arne Jakobsson hit a great ball. Ingemar Hybbert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Tomteboda's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Stensson came free, but Erik Utter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Asmundtorp booed when Tomteboda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Lindmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Patrik Hamnberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tomteboda's Erik Utter didn't even have to move. In the 28th minute, Gösta Holmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Tomteboda's Leif Tönnberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kurt Löfgren. Kurt Löfgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Kurt Löfgren made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Mark Löfdahl sent off a good shot on target. Olle Stensson struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Erik Utter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asmundtorp. Olle Stensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Erik Utter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Arne Jakobsson notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Tomteboda's Erik Utter. Erik Utter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Asmundtorp were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arne Jakobsson to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Patrik Hamnberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Asmundtorp and the Tomteboda players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Asmundtorp fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leif Tönnberg during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th minute, Leif Tönnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Arne Jakobsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erik Utter. That made the score 2-3 in the 62 minute of play. Ingemar Hybbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Kurt Löfgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leif Tönnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingemar Hybbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ingemar Hybbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leif Tönnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Löfgren having to interfere. Olle Stensson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Erik Utter firmly grabbed it by the left post. Mark Löfdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Arne Jakobsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Asmundtorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Arne Jakobsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik Utter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Olle Stensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Stig-Arne Bock fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asmundtorp's protests and gave Stig-Arne Bock a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes Asmundtorp got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Bock. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingemar Hybbert in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kurt Löfgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kurt Löfgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Hybbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. If Olle Stensson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Asmundtorp walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
