Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elias Vassenius got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute of the match Kenneth Hedlund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Wahlnäs showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 6th minute, Stellan Bammerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Tom Hård's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sten Wahlnäs was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Åke Caspersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Vassenius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Hova's goalkeeper Sten Wahlnäs had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Sjöberg. Tom Hård fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Wahlnäs having to interfere. After 21 minutes, Sven-Ove Wickander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hova and the Skärhamn players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christoffer Kjellman during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Skärhamn booed when Hova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Kjellman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Tom Hård's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sten Wahlnäs was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Sten Wahlnäs made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when John Sjöberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute Sune Aspengren suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Ivar Jespersson charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 31st match minute, Skärhamn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivar Jespersson to maneuver through the defense. Sten Wahlnäs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Elias Vassenius struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Åke Caspersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hova. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tom Hård to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Elias Vassenius fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tom Hård fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Wahlnäs having to interfere. Sten Wahlnäs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Hård in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute, John Sjöberg made a precise shot to the right of Sten Wahlnäs. Hova's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Tom Hård had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Wahlnäs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Sjöberg in the 73rd minute of play. Christoffer Kjellman kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Mathias Nordkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hannes Fagrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sten Wahlnäs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Hård in the 87th minute of play. John Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Skärhamn's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
