Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Håknäs's Ian Grubb started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Gryta Football Club's Emanuel Molander got a free kick in the 4th minute. Kjell-Arne Soned fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Salqvist having to interfere. If Alf Lindberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kjell Salqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell-Arne Soned, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Casper Sigman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Gryta Football Club's Kjell Biörkquist didn't even have to move. In the 16th minute, Ian Grubb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kjell Biörkquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 19 played minutes Håknäs got a freekick which was hit by Torgny Arvidsson. Emanuel Molander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Stig-Åke Åhlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Kjell-Arne Soned managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gryta Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell-Arne Soned was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Salqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gunnar Lustig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Biörkquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Grubb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Molander in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kjell Salqvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Kjell-Arne Soned managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gryta Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Kjell-Arne Soned was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kjell Salqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kjell Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bror Brovall in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 48 minutes, Victor Andreasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gryta Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Andreasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Håknäs were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alf Lindberg was the one to do the kick off. If Kjell-Arne Soned had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Kjell-Arne Soned left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gryta Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gunnar Lustig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Grubb in the 65th minute of play. Håknäs's Kjell Salqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Lindberg in the 66th minute of play. Stefan Biörkman kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Kjell Biörkquist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joakim Hegg went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. If Gunnar Lustig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig-Åke Åhlberg hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Gryta Football Club's Kjell Biörkquist got control of the ball when Joakim Hegg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stefan Biörkman hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Kjell Biörkquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Grubb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Emanuel Molander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Andreasson hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The long shot by Casper Sigman in the 97th minute really tested Kjell Biörkquist's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Although Gryta Football Club had been in control for most of the match, Håknäs still came away with the win.
