Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Magne Glanselius took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aaron Sjö received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jonas Lång tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Sjö took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonas Lång. Jonas Lång dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Magne Glanselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olov Friberger came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bengt Vennerkvist could save by the left post. In the 34th minute, Göran Fribäck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Storå defense, Olov Friberger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bengt Vennerkvist. The Storå fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bengt Vennerkvist should have stopped the shot. Konrad Albom, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Göran Fribäck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Storå got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Albom. 59 minutes into the match, Storå's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Fribäck came free, but Bengt Vennerkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Magne Glanselius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Olov Friberger made a precise shot to the right of Bengt Vennerkvist. Storå's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ian Täman's late challenge caught a Storå's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Täman helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sidensjö's Ian Täman got a free kick in the 66th minute. Gösta Månsson kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jonas Lång made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Sjö in the 71st minute. Aaron Sjö received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Jonas Lång tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göran Fribäck might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt Vennerkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Göran Fribäck ran back to his position shaking his head. If Aaron Sjö had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bengt Vennerkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Friberger in the 87th minute of play. Magne Glanselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Konrad Albom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidensjö's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
