Bernt Ekelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inge Kullgren in the 40th minute of the match. If Vincent Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Fårbo BF getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Börje Skoglund hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inge Kullgren to strike the kick off in the second half. Jens-Åke Granqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match.
