Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmund Sjöman kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Runhällen IF defense, Jens-Erik Jönsätt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edvin Kollberg. The Runhällen IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edvin Kollberg should have stopped the shot. Edvin Kollberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Forsman in the 6th minute of play. If Jens-Erik Jönsätt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Hans Boklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 played minutes Rusksele IF got a freekick which was hit by Joacim Salkvist. Edvin Kollberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Erik Jönsätt in the 19th minute of play. Jens-Erik Jönsätt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvin Kollberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Erik Jönsätt in the 34th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rusksele IF! In the 45th minute Edmund Sjöman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Kollberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Östen Fernkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Rusksele IF got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Forsman. Ulf Bäckman , 55 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Joacim Salkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rusksele IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Runhällen IF the free kick. In the 59th match minute, Rusksele IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joacim Salkvist to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 60 minutes, Östen Fernkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Runhällen IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Östen Fernkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Jönsätt in the 71st minute of play forced Runhällen IF's goalkeeper Edvin Kollberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Boklund in the 80th minute of play forced Rusksele IF's goalkeeper Bengt-Arne Lundhberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hans Termander hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Edmund Sjöman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmund Sjöman was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Rusksele IF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Bengt-Arne Lundhberg came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Runhällen IF's Östen Fernkvist. But to his dismay, Östen Fernkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Runhällen IF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
