After having played for 10 minutes, Olov Hamberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosendal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olov Hamberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nils-Erik Alströmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Hamberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Ivar Viberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nils-Erik Alströmer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ivar Viberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olov Hamberg scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nils-Erik Alströmer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 22 minutes, Hans Bocklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nye FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Bocklund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olov Hamberg got in the 30th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Nils-Erik Alströmer handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. A throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game was made by Ulrik Ekström with John Hellbom as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Hans Bocklund's late challenge caught a Rosendal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hans Bocklund helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Nye FF's Hans Bocklund got a free kick in the 39th minute. John Hellbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Lööf having to interfere. Rosendal FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
