Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Glava FK's Östen Pihlwall started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 6 minutes, Olov Hamberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosendal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olov Hamberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivar Viberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esbjörn Billberg having to make a save. If Karl-Michael Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 18th minute, Olov Hamberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Glava FK's Urban Fransson got a free kick in the 20th minute. Esbjörn Billberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Viberg in the 23rd minute of the match. Rosendal FC's Olov Hamberg got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 30 played minutes Glava FK got a freekick which was hit by Östen Pihlwall. Esbjörn Billberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Viberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egil Runeberg during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Rosendal FC a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Herman Nilsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Glava FK's Esbjörn Billberg. 0-1. Olov Hamberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esbjörn Billberg having to interfere. Olov Hamberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivar Viberg made a kick off. A hard shot 54 in the game by Ivar Viberg from a close distance when the talented Esbjörn Billberg managed to make a qualified save. Glava FK's players were relieved. Gabriel Tillman took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esbjörn Billberg. Esbjörn Billberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 61st minute, Olov Hamberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Glava FK's goalkeeper Esbjörn Billberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivar Viberg. A collision led to Rosendal FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Isaac Rosin hit a great ball. Ivar Viberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Esbjörn Billberg could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Allan Nyqvist in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Esbjörn Billberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Edgar Pettersson fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glava FK's protests and gave Edgar Pettersson a yellow card for diving instead. Edgar Pettersson hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Glava FK defense, Ivar Viberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esbjörn Billberg. The Glava FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esbjörn Billberg should have stopped the shot. Rosendal FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
