Jerry Kalfhage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute Adam Kellbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greger Alberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lennart Dalgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frösön's Adam Kellbom got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Frösön's Jerry Kalfhage got control of the ball when Hampus Skröder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hampus Skröder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Fakrej's Kaj Ivarsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jerry Kalfhage. Jerry Kalfhage yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaj Ivarsson was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Frösön's goal looked a bit too open when Hampus Skröder came free, but Jerry Kalfhage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerry Kalfhage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hampus Skröder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Hampus Skröder had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerry Kalfhage. Frösön's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hampus Skröder was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. With an all-out effort, Frösön's Greger Alberg threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lennart Dalgren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Fakrej's zone, Lennart Dalgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Greger Alberg came out of the goal and Lennart Dalgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute Hampus Skröder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Kalfhage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingvar Bjursell's late challenge caught a Frösön's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingvar Bjursell helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Frösön booed when Fakrej was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Bjursell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hampus Skröder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Kalfhage having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Frösön players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fakrej.
