Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jan Blomqvist got the match started through his kick off. Rickard Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Friberger in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 5th minute Sten Gallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickard Friberger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birger Fransson scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Holger Dusett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Pihlgren during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Alex Pihlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Sten Gallin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rickard Jonsson was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Rickard Friberger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rickard Jonsson having to make a save. Sten Gallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Långås's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Friberger came free, but Rickard Jonsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Wallman hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Rickard Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sten Gallin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Nelson Solidaritet AIF getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Patrik Hedling hit a great ball. Rickard Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Gallin in the 36th minute of the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Sten Gallin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nelson Solidaritet AIF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sten Gallin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nelson Solidaritet AIF's Sten Gallin got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rickard Friberger took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rickard Jonsson. Rickard Jonsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sten Gallin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Birger Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Birger Fransson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Holger Dusett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birger Fransson went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After 71 played minutes Nelson Solidaritet AIF got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Hedling. In the 72nd minute of the match Paul Vallengren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Holger Dusett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 83 minutes of play, Långås's Stellan Strömberg made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Holger Dusett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Holger Dusett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Fransson in the 86th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Birger Fransson notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Nelson Solidaritet AIF's Holger Dusett. Holger Dusett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Sten Gallin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nelson Solidaritet AIF's supporters rose to their feet, but Sten Gallin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickard Jonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leif Wallman was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th minute, Leif Wallman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Many of Nelson Solidaritet AIF's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Nelson Solidaritet AIF may have spent more time on the ball, but Långås were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
