Zebastian Lustig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Erserman, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingvar Erserman in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zebastian Lustig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Bagge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Karl-Erik Fanström made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Malm in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Erik Fanström saved Sjuntorp from getting behind. If Ingvar Erserman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sjuntorp's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edwin Öman in the 41st minute. Michael Stigsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zebastian Lustig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Osvald Åkerman kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Sköllersta RK's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Stigsson came free, but Zebastian Lustig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Malm to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Erserman in the 51st minute of play forced Sköllersta RK's goalkeeper Zebastian Lustig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Erserman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zebastian Lustig having to interfere. If Michael Stigsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Malm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Stigsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Zebastian Lustig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dan Flink hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Sjuntorp's Michael Stigsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zebastian Lustig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Michael Stigsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sjuntorp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Stigsson couldn't finish the play.
