After 14 minutes, Björn Löfgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hönö IK and the Abbekås players grew even worse after the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niklas Västlund to make the kick off. In the 79th minute, Tommy Gustafsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Abbekås fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Albin Almstedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Börje Stenman made a huge save. 87 minutes into the match, Hönö IK's goal looked a bit too open when Greger Apelquist came free, but Gottfrid Nord reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
