If Anders Låsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Älvsered's Anders Låsberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Egon Kiempe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Låsberg in the 37th minute of play forced Lycke's goalkeeper Egon Kiempe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egon Kiempe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Låsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Paulin made a kick off. A collision led to Lycke getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. David Strandberg hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Lycke's goalkeeper Egon Kiempe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anders Låsberg. Ivan Collin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esbjörn Karlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Lycke's Esbjörn Karlsson fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. 73 minutes into the match, Älvsered's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Karlsson came free, but Ivan Collin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Esbjörn Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Collin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils-Åke Erserman kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ivan Collin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esbjörn Karlsson in the 77th minute of play. After 80 played minutes, Lycke's Svante Berglund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ivan Collin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lycke reached it. Östen Mårtensson kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Melker Larsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egon Kiempe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When the final whistle went the supporters of Älvsered were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Lycke side.
