Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rickard Beckeman kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lycke's zone, Rickard Beckeman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egon Kiempe came out of the goal and Rickard Beckeman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lycke's Esbjörn Karlsson managed to work through Mellerud's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Esbjörn Karlsson dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 17 minutes into the match, Lycke's Erik Paulin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sten Arenberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sten Arenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Näver, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Karl Rönn kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Niklas Hääger kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The long shot by Svante Berglund in the 27th minute really tested Sten Arenberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Egon Kiempe came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Mellerud's Victor Lövkvist. But to his dismay, Victor Lövkvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 42 minutes into the match, Lycke's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Hääger came free, but Egon Kiempe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Paulin to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Mellerud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Westerberg to maneuver through the defense. Boris Näver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Arenberg having to interfere. Egon Kiempe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Olov Hellström. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Victor Lövkvist scored 0-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egon Kiempe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Esbjörn Karlsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sten Arenberg.
