In the 29thth minute of the game Johannes Kjellkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tyringe BK's Douglas Bratt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arne Säf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bengt-Arne Hermansson in the 30th minute. Tyringe BK's Bengt-Arne Hermansson was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 32nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Arne Säf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Vennerström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bengt-Arne Hermansson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arne Säf came out and tried to block the shot, but Bengt-Arne Hermansson slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 41st minute. In the 46th minute, Börje Gustavsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jim Vennerström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Jens-Ola Asmundsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arne Säf skillfully saved the ball. In the 61st minute, Jim Vennerström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bengt-Arne Hermansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Säf having to interfere. Arne Säf stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Arne Hermansson's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Bengt-Arne Hermansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Simon Johnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Björkö IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Johnsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Bratt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Bengt-Arne Hermansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tyringe BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Björkö IF's Arne Säf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Vennerström in the 93rd minute of play. Jim Vennerström struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Arne Säf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tyringe BK.
