After 89 minutes of play, Ljusnedal's Ove Ennegren made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilbert Holmgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Åke Ålberg in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Holmgren saved Alvhem from getting behind. 98 minutes into the match, Ljusnedal's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Brandin came free, but Albert Fagrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
