Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Oliver Falkrantz took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Nils-Erik Målare's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Holger Stenman was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Frans Thidén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Holger Stenman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Oliver Falkrantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilgot Vacker kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Alvar Stål showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Falkrantz in the 22nd minute of the match. Holger Stenman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Erik Målare in the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Avesta got a freekick which was hit by Simon Tönnberg. Frans Thidén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Gottfrid Hellström fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Avesta's protests and gave Gottfrid Hellström a yellow card for diving instead. If Nils-Erik Målare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Fliseryd were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Frans Thidén struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Holger Stenman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avesta. In the 58th minute, Frans Thidén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Holger Stenman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 62 minutes into the match, Avesta's goalkeeper Alvar Stål had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Vallin. When Andreas Giliusson fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fliseryd's protests and gave Andreas Giliusson a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Fliseryd got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Giliusson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frans Thidén in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Holger Stenman saved Fliseryd from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Fliseryd's Oliver Falkrantz got a free kick in the 70th minute. Alvar Stål showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Falkrantz, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a rather tough play, Avesta's Simon Tönnberg got a free kick in the 74th minute. Fliseryd's Oliver Falkrantz managed to work through Avesta's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Oliver Falkrantz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Alvar Stål made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Giliusson in the 78th minute of play. Gottfrid Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Frans Thidén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Holger Stenman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
