Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Herräng IF's Robert Bjurström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Eldsberga's goalkeeper Gustaf Lundin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Göran Biörk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Jens-Ove Engman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Eldsberga! In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Herräng IF's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Engman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christopher Lundberg kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Robert Bjurström made a precise shot to the right of Gustaf Lundin. Eldsberga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Robert Bjurström hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Dennis Brenner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Einar Kjellqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dennis Brenner struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Jens-Ove Engman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eldsberga. 40 minutes into the game, Alexander Uggstedt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Herräng IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eldsberga the free kick. Alexander Uggstedt hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Eldsberga's Dennis Brenner got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Herräng IF's Jens-Ove Engman got control of the ball when Göran Biörk tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 48th minute, Robert Bjurström made a precise shot to the right of Gustaf Lundin. Eldsberga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

55 minutes into the game, Eldsberga's Einar Kjellqvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ove Engman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 58 minutes into the match, Eldsberga's Göran Biörk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ove Engman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victor Lönn kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, Eldsberga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Herräng IF defense, Dennis Brenner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ove Engman. The Herräng IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ove Engman should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Biörk in the 75th minute of play forced Herräng IF's goalkeeper Jens-Ove Engman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Eldsberga's Gustaf Lundin got control of the ball when Timmy Odén tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Herräng IF defense, Einar Kjellqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Ove Engman. The Herräng IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Ove Engman should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christopher Lundberg during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 91 played minutes Eldsberga got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Lundberg. Herräng IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Greger Åberg in the 94th minute. Göran Biörk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Ove Engman having to make a save.
