Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mikael Skager started the match with the kick off. If Uno Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th play minute Walter Sundström came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Adrian Lundin. 1-0. Tor Ståhlman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Kuse went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute, Mölndal FF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Walter Sundström fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 26th minute Jarl Sefastsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mölndal FF's Adrian Lundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarl Sefastsson in the 33rd minute of play. Jarl Sefastsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the game, Jarl Sefastsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Lundin. Jarl Sefastsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Jarl Sefastsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Adrian Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Walter Sundström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sandviken FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Walter Sundström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adrian Lundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jarl Sefastsson made the kick off in the second half. When the match had been going on for 55 minutes, Mölndal FF's Stig Blanck got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tor Ståhlman. In the 59th match minute, Sandviken FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billy Tunström to maneuver through the defense. Uno Berglund hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Roger Kuse's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tor Ståhlman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Walter Sundström succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. After a rather tough play, Sandviken FK's Alfred Soned got a free kick in the 76th minute. Stig Blanck was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jens-Ola Lindberg kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Tor Ståhlman made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Roger Kuse sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, Uno Berglund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mölndal FF's Roger Kuse got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens-Ola Lindberg kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Sandviken FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ola Lindberg to maneuver through the defense. Tor Ståhlman didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 97th minute, which inside left pole to 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
