Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lärbro's Oscar Berglund started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Oscar Berglund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lärbro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Berglund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lärbro's zone, Lars-Erik Bollström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Bark came out of the goal and Lars-Erik Bollström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joacim Westerstrand having to interfere. Mathias Bark made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Lars-Erik Bollström sent off a good shot on target. In the 22ndth minute of the game Håkan Törnqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gävle BK's Joacim Westerstrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Carl Valler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lärbro's Mathias Bark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oscar Berglund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joacim Westerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Berglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Arne Stålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Berglund struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Joacim Westerstrand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lärbro. Håkan Törnqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joacim Westerstrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Berglund in the 38th minute of play. Joacim Westerstrand came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Lärbro's Oscar Berglund. But to his dismay, Oscar Berglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carl Valler to make the kick off. Mathias Bark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Valler in the 52nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arne Stålberg during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute Oscar Berglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim Westerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Berglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Joacim Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Oscar Berglund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joacim Westerstrand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Håkan Törnqvist in the 75th minute. Håkan Törnqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Joacim Westerstrand made a huge save. Lars-Erik Bollström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Mathias Bark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Gävle BK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Håkan Törnqvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Carl Valler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Bark having to interfere.
