Mikael Qvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Askstedt in the 18th minute of the match. If Rasmus Cane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikael Qvarnström came out of the goal and Knut Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

55 minutes into the game, Karl-Magnus Wall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bodafors FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Samba the free kick. In the 55th minute, one of Bodafors FF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bodafors FF. The referee gave Fc Samba a penalty, 57 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kalle Boström, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bodafors FF's Mikael Qvarnström. 2-1. When Mats Albom came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Bodafors FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Albom couldn't finish the play. Torbjörn Vacker's late challenge caught a Bodafors FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 89th minute Rasmus Cane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Fc Samba's goalkeeper Olof Wall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Albom. 98 minutes into the match, Mats Albom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olof Wall. Fc Samba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mats Albom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3.
