Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vilhelm Kjellberg started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Thomas Sigfridsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Äspered FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Sigfridsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Thomas Sigfridsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Tobias Fridlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Gustafsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Tobias Fridlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29th minute Vilhelm Kjellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Gustafsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Niklas Stenquist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gällö FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Äspered FF the free kick. Alf Wennerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Dan Kollberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Vilhelm Kjellberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Wennerberg in the 46th minute of play forced Gällö FK's goalkeeper Dan Kollberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alf Wennerberg made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Thomas Sigfridsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Äspered FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Sigfridsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dan Kollberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vilhelm Kjellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Gustafsson having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Gällö FK's Vilhelm Kjellberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Gustafsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Gällö FK booed when Äspered FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Damm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Damm kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Tobias Fridlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Alexander Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Sigfridsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Dan Kollberg managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Äspered FF's Thomas Sigfridsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Gällö FK's Vilhelm Kjellberg in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Äspered FF's goalie prevented a goal. After 80 minutes, Vilhelm Kjellberg made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Äspered FF's Alexander Gustafsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thomas Sigfridsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Gällö FK's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Wennerberg came free, but Dan Kollberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Äspered FF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
