Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmund Hansson kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcus Enegren during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 5th minute, Marcus Enegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute, Ulf Hökqvist sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Virsbo IK's Jens Bank didn't even have to move. After having played for 11 minutes, Edmund Hansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nossebro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Hansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens Bank took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Hansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Jonatan Broberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens Bank. The goal made the score 1-0. Stig-Åke Finnman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tony Thorsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. John Sundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Åke Finnman might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over John Sundberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Åke Finnman ran back to his position shaking his head. John Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Finnman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tony Thorsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Stig-Åke Finnman notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Nossebro's John Sundberg. John Sundberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Nossebro booed when Virsbo IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Gadd didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 played minutes Virsbo IK got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Gadd. After having played for 37 minutes, Edmund Hansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nossebro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmund Hansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Virsbo IK's goalkeeper Jens Bank had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonatan Broberg. After 39 played minutes Nossebro got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Hansson. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig-Åke Finnman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jens Bank showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Hansson in the 52nd minute of the match. John Sundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Åke Finnman in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmund Hansson in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens Bank prevented the ball from getting in the gole. John Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Finnman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tony Thorsbergs short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got John Sundberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Virsbo IK booed when Nossebro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Dahlquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Broberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jens Bank tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Åke Finnman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Sundberg having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Harry Dahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig-Åke Finnman might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over John Sundberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Åke Finnman ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 91st minute, Jonatan Broberg made a precise shot to the right of Jens Bank. Virsbo IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Nossebro's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
