Göran Berglund started the match with the kick off. After 2 minutes, Oskar Myhr mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nossebro and the Örträsk IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Oskar Myhr hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Rolf Blomkvist had great luck who in the 7thth minute grab hold of the ball when Edmund Hansson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Jonatan Broberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolf Blomkvist having to interfere. After 24 minutes, Ulf Hökqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nossebro and the Örträsk IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Knut Thedin ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the game, Göran Berglund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. John Sundberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Örträsk IK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Kenneth Allbom hit a great ball. Nossebro's Ulf Hökqvist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Örträsk IK. After having played for 45 minutes, Knut Thedin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Örträsk IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Knut Thedin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmund Hansson to make the kick off. John Sundberg didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Örträsk IK's Knut Thedin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-3 in the ordered_time% minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonatan Broberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göran Berglund in the 95th minute of the match. The Nossebro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Örträsk IK's performance. The match ended with a win for Örträsk IK.
