Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nordmaling's Sven Borre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Torbjörn Forsman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Orvar Zachrisson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonny Myhrs short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Orvar Zachrisson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjörn Forsman in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orvar Zachrisson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 17th match minute, Hamrångefjärden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Haglund to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Borre in the 20th minute of play forced Hamrångefjärden's goalkeeper Max Ahlrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Jimmy Paulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonny Myhr got free with Orvar Zachrisson in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 28 minutes, Torbjörn Forsman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hamrångefjärden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torbjörn Forsman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Max Ahlrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Knut Tunström, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Jonny Myhr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orvar Zachrisson having to interfere. Jonny Myhr could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Orvar Zachrisson made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Orvar Zachrisson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nordmaling's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jonny Myhr 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Uno Knutsson hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torbjörn Forsman made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Nordmaling's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Forsman came free, but Orvar Zachrisson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orvar Zachrisson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Myhr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torbjörn Forsman might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orvar Zachrisson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torbjörn Forsman ran back to his position shaking his head. When Sven Borre fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nordmaling's protests and gave Sven Borre a yellow card for diving instead. Torbjörn Forsman struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Orvar Zachrisson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamrångefjärden. Nordmaling's Knut Tunström got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jonny Myhr's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orvar Zachrisson was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. The supporters of Hamrångefjärden booed when Nordmaling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sören Askestät didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torbjörn Forsman struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Orvar Zachrisson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamrångefjärden. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonny Myhr in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orvar Zachrisson saved Nordmaling from getting behind. Jonny Myhr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torbjörn Forsman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orvar Zachrisson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. If Jonny Myhr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jonny Myhr came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Hamrångefjärden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonny Myhr couldn't finish the play. Hamrångefjärden's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
