Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jörgen Hylander started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Kimstad FK got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Hylander. After 4 minutes of play, Skänninge's Kent Jonasson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kevin Bock was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Skänninge booed when Kimstad FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helge Holm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kent Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Kevin Bock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kevin Bock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kennet Nordin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Kent Jonasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Helge Holm came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Kimstad FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helge Holm couldn't finish the play. Jörgen Hylander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kimstad FK's Rasmus Matsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. Helge Holm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristoffer Lustig having to interfere. If Helge Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristoffer Lustig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Hylander, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kimstad FK's goalkeeper Kevin Bock, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 42 minutes, Rasmus Matsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kimstad FK and the Skänninge players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kurt Bollström's late challenge caught a Kimstad FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kurt Bollström helped the player get up and apologised. Kurt Bollström hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. 49 minutes into the match, Jörgen Hylander dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kristoffer Lustig, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

If Kent Jonasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Jörgen Hylander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kimstad FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jörgen Hylander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kristoffer Lustig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helge Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Skänninge's zone, Jörgen Hylander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristoffer Lustig came out of the goal and Jörgen Hylander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Kimstad FK's Helge Holm in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skänninge's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th match minute, Kimstad FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Söderqwist to maneuver through the defense. Kristoffer Lustig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Hylander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Bock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tommy Rydberg in the 77th minute. Jörgen Hylander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jörgen Hylander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Skänninge booed when Kimstad FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rasmus Matsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Skänninge's Ove Petersson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kent Jonasson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Kevin Bock skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kennet Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Kevin Bock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
