Tived's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eric Enegren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Östavall's Ernst Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Enegren in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tived's Nils-Erik Blanck got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute, Nils-Erik Blanck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eric Enegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Ernst Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niklas Fors showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joacim Smed in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Tived booed when Östavall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Hjortsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernst Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Biörk, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The Tived fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Tived's Albert Biörk looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joacim Smed stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes into the match, Albert Biörk notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Östavall's Ernst Berglund. Ernst Berglund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 64 minutes into the match, Tived's goal looked a bit too open when Joacim Smed came free, but Niklas Fors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 78 minutes into the match, Östavall's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Enegren came free, but Ernst Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tived's Eric Enegren got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eric Enegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ernst Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albert Biörk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Ernst Berglund made a huge save. Eric Enegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Berglund having to interfere. When Osvald Gadd came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Östavall fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvald Gadd couldn't finish the play.
