But to his dismay, Elof Utfal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Elof Utfal hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Nils Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nils Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Robin Boberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Västerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Mariannelund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristoffer Ivarsson to maneuver through the defense. The wind increased when Nils Holmgren made the kick off in the second half. Robin Boberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ingvar Västerstrand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfred Kilberg's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After 64 minutes, Tommy Österlund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mariannelund and the Forshaga players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 95 minutes, Nils Holmgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mariannelund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils Holmgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
