Christoffer Johnsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Ekman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The tension between the Tjällmo IF and the La Masia players grew even worse after the yellow card. 22 minutes into the game, Johan Nordkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Masia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tjällmo IF the free kick. A collision led to La Masia getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Johan Nordkvist hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match Karl-Michael Carlsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arman Pihl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 26th minute Pål Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Ekman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, La Masia's Dan Emander got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of La Masia booed when Tjällmo IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Billberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Masia's Herman Larsfält got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Herman Larsfält's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arman Pihl was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Harry Ekman made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Christoffer Johnsson sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, La Masia's goal looked a bit too open when Pål Paulin came free, but Harry Ekman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pål Paulin in the 44th minute of play forced La Masia's goalkeeper Harry Ekman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Christoffer Johnsson came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Tjällmo IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christoffer Johnsson couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Pål Paulin made the kick off in the second half. When Christoffer Johnsson came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Tjällmo IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christoffer Johnsson couldn't finish the play. Alex Hjortsberg hit a great ball. In the 58th minute of the match Kenneth Forsell shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harry Ekman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Pål Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tjällmo IF's goalkeeper Arman Pihl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Herman Larsfält received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Arman Pihl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoffer Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Ekman having to interfere. In the 66th minute Pål Paulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Ekman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Pål Paulin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Ekman was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Karl-Michael Carlsson hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Kenneth Forsell in the 78th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Harry Ekman's left hand side. Arman Pihl made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Åke Alefors in the 87th minute. Herman Larsfält's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arman Pihl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When La Masia's Herman Larsfält in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tjällmo IF's goalie prevented a goal. Karl-Åke Alefors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Herman Larsfält came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the La Masia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Larsfält couldn't finish the play. Herman Larsfält recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
